J.C. Chasez, in Tax Predicament with Back Taxes

December 30th, 2009 by Manny Davis

- J.C Chasez, best known as one of the lead vocalists in the former pop group “N Sync and now a judge for America’s Dance crew owes 206K in back taxes to the state of Mississippi. It is surprising that J.C Chasez, a member of one of the hottest boy bands around is having financial difficulties. They were so popular it’s hard to believe that any of the members would have any financial worries.

Unfortunately, the tax lien filed against him is the outcome of a business dispute between “N Sync and Mississippi over concert revenues. Because Chasez was the principal member of the bands corporation (now non-existent) the lien was filed against him on October 15,2009 in Madison Curcuit Court instead of any of the other members.
