Ed Rollins, a political campaign consultant – and known for his work as Republican Director for Reagan in 1984, Co-Manager for Perot’s Campaign in 1992, and Whitman’s in 1993 for NJ, and recently for Mike Huckabee’s campaign, owes the IRS about $1.24 million in federal taxes.
Rollins, according to public records and The Detroit News, had IRS liens filed against him as follows: $87.6k on September 10th in the New York City Registers Office, $47.5k on July 29th in New York City, $13.5k on May 21st, and $977.4k on March 11th in New York City.
The IRS doesn’t care who you are. If you owe federal taxes, it is best to get the situation resolved as soon as possible, because interest, and penalties will add up while the IRS tax lien stays in place.
